Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define the conditions and procedures for using the services of “Mania Little” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and other matters related to its operation.

Article 2 (Definitions)
The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. Member: A person who agrees to the Terms, provides personal information, completes registration, and enters into a service agreement with the Site.
  2. Service Agreement: A contract established between the Site and the Member regarding use of the Site.
  3. Member ID (ID): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for identification and service use.
  4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the Member to verify identity and protect their rights.
  5. Operator: The entity that establishes and operates the Site.
  6. Termination: The cancellation of the service agreement by the Member.

Article 3 (Rules Outside These Terms)
The Operator may announce separate operational policies if necessary. In case of conflict, those policies take precedence over these Terms.

Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)

  1. The agreement is established when a user applies for membership, agrees to these Terms, and the Operator approves the application.
  2. Agreement to the Terms is considered expressed when the applicant selects “I agree” during registration.

Article 5 (Application for Service Use)

  1. Applicants must provide required information (ID, password, nickname, etc.).
  2. Members who provide false or stolen information cannot claim any rights and may face legal consequences.

Article 6 (Privacy Policy)

  • The Site does not store user passwords; related matters follow the privacy policy.
  • The Operator will protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
  • The Operator is not responsible for information exposure caused by the Member.
  • Illegal content may be disclosed to relevant authorities upon request.

Article 7 (Obligations of the Operator)

  1. The Operator shall promptly address valid complaints or opinions.
  2. The Operator shall maintain stable service and repair issues without delay, unless unavoidable circumstances arise.

Article 8 (Obligations of Members)
Members must comply with laws, Terms, and policies, and must not:

  • Interfere with operations or damage the Site’s reputation
  • Transfer or lend their account without permission
  • Share ID/password with third parties
  • Infringe intellectual property rights

Article 9 (Service Availability)

  1. Service is available 24/7 unless technical or operational issues occur.
  2. Service may be suspended without notice in cases such as system failure, disasters, or overload.
  3. When possible, prior notice will be given.

Article 10 (Termination of Service)

  1. Members may terminate their account online.
  2. Upon termination, related data is deleted and no longer accessible.

Article 11 (Restrictions on Use)
The Site may restrict or terminate service if Members:

  • Provide false information
  • Steal or misuse others’ data
  • Impersonate staff
  • Infringe rights or disrupt operations
  • Engage in illegal acts

Article 12 (Management of Posts)

  1. The Operator manages all content and may remove inappropriate material.
  2. Content may be removed without consent if requested by authorities.
  3. Inappropriate content includes defamation, illegal material, copyright infringement, etc.
  4. Content may be temporarily blocked upon third-party claims.

Article 13 (Retention of Posts)
If the Site is discontinued, efforts will be made to allow Members to transfer their content.

Article 14 (Copyright of Posts)

  1. Copyright belongs to the Member who posted the content.
  2. Content may not be commercially used without permission.
  3. The Operator may remove or reject content violating these Terms.

Article 15 (Damages)

  1. Members bear primary responsibility for legal issues arising from their actions.
  2. The Site is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or Member fault.

Article 16 (Disclaimer)
The Operator is not liable for:

  • Failure to achieve expected benefits
  • Service interruptions due to external systems
  • Accuracy or reliability of content
  • Issues caused by Member actions
  • Transactions between Members or third parties
  • System failures beyond control, including attacks or disasters

Supplementary Provision
These Terms take effect from the date the Site is launched.
